Apex Pipeline Services, Inc. was founded in January 2006 and is an oil and gas pipeline contractor. It is structured as an S-Corporation. Our principal offices are located at 503 River Road, Hub Industrial Park, Nitro, WV 25143. We have approximately 5000 feet of office and storage space and approximately 6000 feet of shop area situated on approximately 7 acres. We expect this facility to be adequate for the company’s needs for the foreseeable future. We have been fully operational since March 2006.

Management Team
Our team has the following members to achieve our plans and goals. We have a combined industry experience of 85 years and have various talents, which lend themselves to making as complete a team as any contractor nationwide.

S. Kelly Moss, President / CEO (Chief Executive Officer) / Owner
Mr. Moss was previously the Secretary/Treasurer and COO for S T Pipeline, Inc. from 1996 through 2005. Prior to that time, he worked for Columbia Gas Transmission (EMS, Inc.) from 1994 through 1996. From 1986 to 1994, he worked for various PVF wholesalers as a salesman and sales manager and worked for Bell Mechanical as an estimator. He is active in many industry associations and is often used by industry leaders to gain a contractor’s point-of-view on many issues. (Board of Directors/Treasurer – WVONGA 2007-2011). He graduated from South Charleston High School in 1984 and attended Marshall University from 1984 to 1987. He is married and has two children.
His duties for Apex Pipeline include managing the overall course of business on a daily basis, maintaining compliance with Regulatory and Industry agencies, furthering relationships with customers on an executive level and helping to develop the company’s share of the marketplace.

Roy L. Hunt, CFO (Chief Financial Officer) / Owner
Mr. Hunt was previously the CFO for S T Pipeline, Inc. from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that time, he was President for Tableting and Packaging Services, Inc. from 2000 through 2003 and President for Interim Personnel from 1996 through 2000. He also worked for Columbia Natural Resources from 1991 to 1995. He graduated from DuPont High School in 1983 and attended the University of Charleston from 1986 to 1989 and is a CPA. He is married and has two children.
His duties for Apex Pipeline include overseeing the insurance and workers compensation aspects on a daily basis, acquiring equipment and vehicle assets for operations, and assisting with the financial dealings of the business.

Larry E. Randolph, VP / CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) / Owner
Mr. Randolph previously held many positions, including Part Owner and VP, for C. J. Hughes, Inc. from 1965 to 2005. Prior to and during that time, he also served in the Army (active and reserve) from 1967 through 1971. He graduated from Huntington East High School in 1964 and attended Marshall University from 1964 to 1967. He is married.
His duties for Apex Pipeline include overseeing the estimating and current customer relations, developing new business, and assisting with the field operations following contract award through completion.

Robert A. Keaton, VP / COO (Chief Operations Officer) / Owner
Mr. Keaton previously held positions at many pipeline companies over his career, including Superintendent for C. J. Hughes, Inc. from 1990 to 2005. He is married and has (2) children. His duties for Apex Pipeline include overseeing and supervising personnel on specific critical projects, developing field personnel, and assisting with the field operations on all projects following contract award through completion.
